Unroasted Beans

Description

Our premium-quality unroasted beans are imported through Canada directly from small growers in third-world countries. The producers are paid extra-premium prices (growers get 40 to 50% of the retail price instead of the usual 10 to 15%), and as a result, the coffee is said to be superior.

Decaf is only available from these Producers:

• Ethiopia
• Guatemala
• Honduras
• Indonesia
• Mexico
• Peru

Dark or Espresso roasting is not recommended with beans from these Producers:

• Ethiopia
• India
• Yemen
